CSR

At HVSS, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) isn’t just a responsibility - it’s a passion that motivates us to give back. We are committed to creating long-term sustainability and promoting community well-being, which goes beyond environmental stewardship; it includes supporting those within our local community.

We are proud to have partnered with Teamwork Trust, a Northamptonshire charity dedicated to providing day services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

It’s great to hear that, for the first time in 30 years, service users can now walk around the back of their centre. We’re excited to see the positive impact this space will have in the future!

We proudly support and sponsor a variety of local charities and sports teams.

Teambuilding 

At HVSS, we encourage team-building to enhance collaboration, communication, and strong working relationships. To support this, we introduced team-building activities, helping teams connect and work more effectively across the business.

Each department is responsible for organising these events. Teams can choose to use the budget all at once or distribute it across multiple activities and dates.

From bowling and go-karting to theatre shows and team meals, each team has the flexibility to plan activities to best suit them. These outings bring a strong sense of camaraderie and competitive spirit amongst our teams and help everyone get to know each other better in a relaxed setting.
